Students currently enrolled in the Faculty of Sciences receive their academic transcripts automatically after the examination boards have met, and these are available on the MonULB portal under My Studies → Registrations and Grades.

As long as you still have access to the MonULB portal, you may consult your transcripts from previous academic years by selecting the relevant year.

Students who no longer have access to MonULB due to having been enrolled a long time ago may obtain transcripts from previous years by completing the form below.

After submitting the request, your transcript will be sent to you by email within approximately:

•    5 business days for transcripts after 2008
•    15 business days for statements before 2008
