Learn about our campuses
ULB is spread across 8 campuses and locations in Brussels and Wallonia. Here you will find maps of each of them, and learn how to get there by various means of transportation.
SOLBOSCH
The Solbosch campus is the University’s main campus. It is home to ULB’s central offices, including the Registration Department, the faculties of human sciences, the Brussels School of Engineering, and several museums.
PLAINE
The Plaine campus is home to the Faculty of Sciences and the Faculty of Pharmacy. It also hosts the museum of medicinal plants and pharmacy, as well as the Physics Experimentarium and the Chemistry Experimentarium.
ERASME
The Erasme campus is where Hôpital Erasme and ULB’s Health Cluster (Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Motor Sciences, School of public health) are located, as well as the HELB School of Nursing and a number of museums, including the museum of medicine.
FLAGEY
ULB-Flagey is home to part of the Faculty of Architecture (La Cambre-Horta).
UCCLE
ULB-Uccle is home to the Translation and Interpreting Department (ISTI-Cooremans), which is part of the Faculty of Letters, Translation, and Communication.
GOSSELIES
The Gosselies campus hosts the Biopark Charleroi Brussels South, a centre of excellence in biotechnologies. Created by a partnership between ULB and UMons, the Biopark includes academic research institutes, technological platforms, businesses, organisations dedicated to the commercialisation of research results, and a training centre in biotechnologies.
UCHARLEROI CAMPUS
On its UCharleroi campus, ULB and its partners carry out a variety of activities including education, research, training, and outreach; they also operate a FabLab.
USQUARE
Usquare, a future urban/inter-university district created by ULB and VUB, will be fully open in 2025. Until then, it temporarily hosts a number of structures including the ULB-VUB FabLab.
MUSEUMS
There are nine museums across ULB’s campuses. Adding to these, in the Charleroi region, are the Centre for Scientific Culture in Charleroi and the Ecomuseum of the Viroin in Treignes.
